To deepen consumer connection and reinforce Ferrero Rocher as a timeless treat that makes regular experiences feel special, the brand encouraged consumers to integrate it into their daily routines. This involved identifying online and offline opportunities, big and small, to make an occasion out of every day.

The Gold Room

Leading up to our pinnacle event, we partnered with influencers to put treats in people’s daily feeds and make magic out of the mundane. 

Then came the golden moment. Partnering with TIFF, we launched the Ferrero Rocher Gold Room. This immersive and luxurious lounge gave guests a space to take a break from the vibrant energy of Festival Street and celebrate everyday indulgence.

Setting the mood with screenings of award-winning, gold-themed films like La La Land, attendees could enjoy a Ferrero Rocher Bar, charge their phone, capture red carpet moments with an AI-powered photo booth, and enter to win exclusive Ferrero Rocher prize packs. 

To wrap up, we gave away two gala tickets to a TIFF screening and two vouchers for films of the winner’s choice — a surprise and delight that added the final layer of excitement to the event.
