Role Overview

Proof Experiences is looking for a Bilingual Coordinator, Experiential Education to play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of educational programs that use experiential marketing to enhance learning outcomes. This individual will be instrumental in coordinating the delivery of a range of event requirements and be adept to speaking and writing in French to suit our client needs. Key responsibilities will include assisting in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients and ensure the seamless execution of interactive learning experiences. The coordinator will also track program performance, assist with bilingual content creation and contribute to post-event evaluations to ensure successful delivery of client programs.

In addition to overseeing fun experiential marketing campaigns, this role involves engaging with initiatives that tackle serious societal issues. As a Bilingual Coordinator, Experiential Education you’ll collaborate on projects aimed at educating the public about pressing social, environmental or health-related issues. These campaigns use experiential marketing to create impactful experiences that foster awareness and positive change.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project management skills put to use in ensuring the approved activations move forward, results are delivered, deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to and, quality service is delivered
  • Research and secure full range of event access permits / program scheduling
  • Source and secure all staff uniform elements, sizing, etc.
  • Work with team to manage production of event props, hardware and technology
  • Work with suppliers to investigate options and pricing for give-aways – manage timely ordering and delivery processes
  • Source and arrange travel and transportation
  • Complete supporting paperwork and requirements e.g. permits, insurance, services
  • Support in reviewing, adhering to and contribute to program budgets
  • Use basic accounting: per diems, staff payroll, review invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Manage in-field event executions across Canada – travel and weekend or evening work required on a regular basis
  • Oversee on-site assembly of meaningful metrics
  • On-site managing and coaching of event teams
  • Maintain on and off-site storage resources
  • Coordinate couriers, shipping, printing & binding of program materials
  • Participate in client update meetings & contribute program planning updates as needed
  • Bring forward insightful feedback and unique insights from the field
  • Assist with draft assembly of Final Campaign Reports
  • Maintain on and off-site storage resources
  • Responsible for the timely and meaningful assembly of all reports
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

What You've Done:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience working on various Experiential Marketing campaigns, experience working in an agency is an asset
  • College or university degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Sport and Event
    Marketing, Sponsorship)
  • You have knowledge of and stay on top of the experiential marketing industry and trends
  • Posess a valid Ontario g-class drivers license, or equivalent
  • Ability to travel as required, a valid driver’s license and passport is recommended and the ability to work variable hours driven by the needs of the business
