After several pandemic-related delays, expectations were high for this much anticipated incentive trip. With a build-up of multiple years of terrific results, the pressure was on to make sure the sales team felt appreciated.

The approach was to ensure the trip was solely focused on the salespeople that drive the business. We looked at how we could make each touchpoint a special moment of acknowledgement.

Make Acknowledgement the Focus of an Action-Packed Agenda
The group of 600 took off for sunny Cancun, and good times were part of the schedule — starting with a Mexican fiesta welcome reception. Special acknowledgements of the sales team included banners on the 80-foot main stage screen and custom animations throughout the event. We also called out high achievers with the Starry Night Awards Gala, dine-around networking dinners and a few other surprises.
